Our elegant upstairs function room accommodates up to 100 guests and can be sectioned off into smaller areas to suit any size party. It is the perfect setting for any type of event, from corporate meetings and entertaining to rehearsal dinners or birthday parties. In the following you will find our function booking policies and pricing guidelines. Please note that these are only guidelines and that we do our best to accommodate any special requests and requirements. Our office is staffed Mondays through Fridays from 10am – 3pm. Function Room Rental for Exclusive Use of FacilitiesOur function room accommodates up to 100 guests. For functions of 50 and more guests we do not charge room rental. For smaller functions, the following charges will apply on peak nights should you require exclusive use of the room:

BeveragesAll beverages are charged separately from the meal unless specified on the booking confirmation signed by both parties. There are several different options available, i.e. cash bar, tab, pre-purchase. We will be happy to discuss these options with you. Functions under 50 guests requiring a cash bar will be charged. Deposits ConfirmationsTo confirm and hold a function reservation we require a 25% non-refundable deposit. The deposit will be offset against the final bill. We will ask for an approximate head count one week prior to the function date and a confirmed head count three days before the actual event. We will base our staffing and purchasing on that confirmed head count and will therefore charge accordingly. Small PartiesAt Sperata we will be delighted to cater for small parties from 8 guests to 18 guests. During off peak days, we will accommodate parties of up to 18 guest in our downstairs dining room. During busy times, such as Friday and Saturday nights, we will cater for you in our spacious upstairs dining room. To confirm a reservation for a small party we require a credit card number. As a courtesy to our staff and ourselves we require a 48-hour cancellation notice because we schedule additional staff and purchase extra stock to serve you in the best possible way.Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled event will result in a charge of $15/guest and $25/guest for no-shows. We appreciate your co-operation and understanding in this matter. On busy nights we will ask, that you either pre-order off the regular menu or arrange a set menu with Chef. Fine dining is an art, not mass production and timing is an essential ingredient to that. At Sperata no meal is pre-cooked but freshly prepared to order, it is quality and not quantity! Private Dining FeeFor parties of under 20 guests, who require the use of our upstairs room for private dining a $100 private dining fee applies. To check availability and obtain a Small Party Reservation Form please call 678-765-7911, or print it off this web site and fax it back to us at 678-828-5879. Please confirm availability at functions@SperataRestaurant.com before sending in your form. Private OpeningShould your function be scheduled for a day or time outside our normal business hours please contact us and we will be happy to discuss the requirements with you. Reservation PolicyReservations are not required, but a service that we offer to our guests. While this limits our seating capacity, we bly believe that our guests should have the opportunity to plan a romantic evening, special occasion or gathering with friends and family without a two hour wait. Sperata is about quality, not quantity. When we accept your reservation, we commit ourselves to serve you to the best of our ability at that time and will turn other guests away because we will honor that commitment. We understand that there are times, when the unpredicted happens and a change in plan is unavoidable. Please do let us know. We hold your reservation for 15 minutes. Please give us a call if you are running later than that, so that we do not release your table. It is disappointing to other guests who are wanting to dine without a reservation, when we are turning them away, while there are empty tables! On special occasions such as Christmas, New Year's Eve, Valentine's etc. we require a credit card number to confirm and hold your reservation. A 24-hour cancellation notice applies. Cancellations under 24 hours will be subject to a $15 cancellation fee per guest and no-shows will be charged at $25 per guest to cover part of our cost. For parties up to 7 guests you can make your reservation online by following our online reservation link or call 678-765-7911 during normal business hours, when a member of staff is available to confirm availability and enter your details into our reservation book. If you leave a message with a reservation request on our answering machine, please note that the reservation is not considered confirmed until a member of our staff has spoken to you in person to confirm availability.
